Ages to get app arranged. I got wrong time & apologised as I was late - a reminder text would help.
So I received a frosty reception and was told normally I’d be charged for being late. I tried to be understanding and friendly. I was told I’d need a treatment at an extra £10 & not asked how ‘thick’ for the highlights. I wanted my hair shaped so that was a re-style at £10 extra! Would not return.

Advertise is a bit confusing.When I purchased cut and highlights I couldn't get hairstyle as I wanted ,only cut the hair a bit from the ends .Ana was really nice and agreed to cut my hair into Bob instead of highlights and at first I was really happy with my final effect, unfortunately when I came back home I realised that cut is uneven

I had highlights cut and blow dry. My hair is not easy to work with when wet it gets very tangled but Ana did a very good job. Loved my highlights too. Happy with the service.
