Nice friendly staff. Happy with my haircut done between two members of staff with my encouragement and guidance. Would prefer to have been advised in advance that the girl I was booked in with, Sam, didn't have much experience cutting short hair like mine. Sam was very nice and I'm happy enough with the result with a senior member of the team doing te tricky bits but think it's better uents know this in advance.
