Unfortunately when we visited in the summer holidays there were lots of sections of the aqua park course that were out of action so you couldn't complete the course easily. They were deflated! There was no ball to use the inflatable court and we asked for a ball twice and were told they would bring one out, but didn't. We questioned this at the end of the session with the Manager, who was rude and said tough you've signed the waiver which says we can take sections out of action and what more do you expect, it's been inflated for over 3 years and needs replacing! It was good value, especially including the wet suit hire. We did enjoy the session but it was VERY busy!

Water was very dirty.
Some of the inflatables were not working, they were deflated.
The person who worked as a supervisor was rude and not helpful.
Changing room was a mess and stunk.

Fine Print
Must be 8 or older. 110 cm height min. 72-hour cancellation notice required. 24-hour advance notice required. Limit 1 per 1, 2 or 4 people, may buy 4 additional as gifts. Booking required. Must be a competent swimmer. Please check-in at our reception at least 35 minutes prior to your start time. The aqua park is a 7-minute walk from reception and there is a 5-minute safety briefing beforehand. Compulsory buoyancy aids are included, you can wear swimming costumes, tightly fitting clothing/gym kit or a wet suit. Mandatory online booking required. Check availability here and book here. If you make a reservation through Groupon, you may cancel or change your reservation up to 72 hours before its start time. After this point you are not entitled to a cash refund or to reschedule your reservation. A £5 admin charge will occur for those who fail to bring their printed disclaimer form with them.
