Easy to book an appointment- make sure you let them know you are female in case they can’t tell by your voice on the phone and ask you to confirm your gender! Massage was really good but the room was cold, towel wasn’t big enough to fully cover me and my feet were freezing the whole time. Disappointed the massage did not last the full hour and not much work was done on my feet which would have felled warm them up
