About Bikram Yoga London

Customers can enjoy an entire range of hot yoga and Pilates styles, including the original Bikram Yoga, Hot Jivamukti, Hot Vinyasa Flow, Hot Power Flow, Yin Yoga and Inferno Pilates. Bikram yoga is a series of 26 yoga postures and breathing exercises derived from hatha yoga and performed in a room heated to approximately 40°C. The centre offers classes designed for all levels, ranging from first-time students to advanced practitioners. The principle, during the 60- or 90-minute sessions, is to work out every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ and gland while systematically moving oxygenated blood to every cell of the body. The postures are practised in a heated room, increasing muscle relaxation and blood circulation and minimising risk of injury.
