They were able to schedule me in right away for Hollywood laser. I got a discount email for more laser and wanted to add underarms and even though they were fully booked they were able to squeeze me in for this additionally. Thanks for the flexibility. Looking forward to my next 5 sessions!

I've purchased 6 laser session with Boutique Spa at Bayswater, I haven't used it yet, hence the 4 starts as I can't comment on results of treatment. So far it has been a very smooth experience, the staff has been very helpful and doing their best to accommodate my appointment requests and changes of times, very quick in replying to any queries when emailed. The place seemed clean and there was a nice atmosphere.
