A lovely informal and informative evening hosted by the distiller. We were shown how and where the Gin is made and how the botanicals were varied to change the flavours of the product. Of course, we also got to sample several delicious and different Gins.

I booked this experience as part of my husbands 50th birthday celebrations. We both really enjoyed it! The lady who took us through making the gin was the master brewer, she was amazing at explaining the process and helping with suggestions and botanicals that work well together. We both ended up with a very generous bottle of delicious gin and will definitely be returning to try another combination of flavours. Can recommend this without hesitation.

My wife and I visited Brennan and Brown for the gin making experience afternoon. We were immediately made to feel very welcome. Four other people joined us for what was (for me particularly as a non gin drinking person) a very informative and fun afternoon. We made our gin , flavouring it as we liked with a little guidance as to which ingredients went best with each other. We bottled and labelled it after tasting our produce. We were then allowed to taste four very different gins before being given time to make purchases from the shop. This is a small business and I must say it was a pleasure to visit. When you take into account your bottle of gin, it is an excellent value for money afternoon.

About Brennen & Brown

Around since 2012, this distillery is determined to bring back long-lost flavours of gin, as well as almost forgotten methods of its production. Solely for that reason, a team of passionate distillers put together a set of rotary evaporator stills gracefully dubbed Heidi, Flo-Mo and Una. Since then, they managed to bring back to life such rarities as cold-distilled ginger gin, which has been out of production for more than 100 years, and design their own signature distillates, such as cardamon and plum vodka. The distillery also welcomes gin aficionados to come and compose their own spirits under the supervision of on-site master distillers.
