First time visiting Caffé Concerto and it was a wonderful experience! Very easy voucher redemption upon arrival and friendly staff.
If you would prefer coffee or hot chocolate instead of tea this is also an option. We opted for a large coffee.
Portion size is definitely reasonable for two people and I would definitely book this experience again!

I bought a Groupon voucher for an afternoon tea for two people. I made the booking online via OpenTable, I picked Caffe' Concerto in Oxford Circus.
The food was great, there were sandwiches, scones, mini cakes and a choice of a hot drink.
Great service and cleanliness.
I would definitely come back again!

Food was amazing, quality was incredible and the amount just right.
Service was super friendly and we didn’t even have to pay for service charge, which sometimes gets tricky with vouchers (We has a Groupon). I’d definitely recommend it, specially after a visit to Harrods.

Staff were not very friendly and the service was slow. Afternoon tea was okay but didn't get offered any refills on the hot drinks. I wondered if this was because it was a Groupon deal.
