The cake was really nice, but they made a mistake on the writing. I bought this cake as a present for my friend's son and instead of writing his name, they wrote "mum", so I was so embarrassed and upset. I wrote 2 emails to their customer services and never got a reply. Shame because the cake looked amazing.

The mixed fruit gateau is no longer one of the choices with Groupon, even though the image of the cake is on the site. So I ordered the strawberry cortina instead. It looks lovely and is a gift for a friend. I asked to have the words 'thank you' added to the cake. I was told that it now costs £2.50 to add a message, so be prepared for this.

Lovely cake. You would need to call to order the cake at their central number 020 7494 6831 and not at the branch. II would buy this deal again in the future.

First time visiting Caffé Concerto and it was a wonderful experience! Very easy voucher redemption upon arrival and friendly staff.
If you would prefer coffee or hot chocolate instead of tea this is also an option. We opted for a large coffee.
Portion size is definitely reasonable for two people and I would definitely book this experience again!
