I was having a bad day and everything changed after getting a haircut from here... Amazing experience. Loved my haircut. Sara did my hair cut and she was lovely. Other girls were lovely too. Will visit again for other treatments. P.S : They charge 10£extra for hair below shoulder but that didn't annoy me because they have already mentioned it on the groupon terms and conditions.

The service was good and effect of eyelashes is great as well. Apologies for me being late for the appointment and requesting for particular changes after the eyelshes were done which caused delay of the appointment of your next customer. I am highly disappointed! Firstly, my therapist was 50 minutes late for the appointment, she said it wasn’t her fault which I empathise with but at the end of the day, if I was to arrive late - I would have simply missed the appoint and lost my money so a simple sorry and no compensation for it… isn’t good enough. Secondly, the end result was not what I was expecting at all. I expected a dramatic sort of look which is what one would normally get with Russian volume extensions but instead it just looked like I had a good mascara on. So it looked very natural but that’s certainly not what I was looking for and it definitely was not Russian extensions as advertised. Thirdly, my eyes were so itchy when I left and this morning I woke with my eye lids super puffed out, so must be having some allergic reaction to the lashes or the glue used . I have no idea! All I know is that every time I close my eyes I feel the lashes. The actual lashes aren’t silky as they normally are… they are hard and stiff , almost plasticky feel and I feel them every time I blink. It is irritating my eyes like crazy. I’ve done lashes several times before and have never once experienced this. Perhaps I was just unlucky but I’ll definitely be requesting a refund as I am highly disappointed with everything . Not impressed at all!

Great service, clean and attractive salon

I was looking forward to have my hair cut and colours and my friend to have hair cut. Manager explained hair colour to me but after I had my hair coloured and cut, I was asked to pay extra £10 for hair correction. This was never mentioned to me at the consultation. Also my fried was asked to pay an extra £10 because of hair length despite her hair was not beyond shoulder length. We were not happy with the service and we should have been informed at the beginning of this extra cost. It is not fair for the customer. They refused to give me receipt of the extra money I paid. They said I had to wait for the manager who disappeared before I finished my hair. When I asked to talk to the mama, they said she is not coming until 20 min.
