Water was cold in swimming pool. Costume spinner not working. Out door hot tub did not have enough water. Massage was good. Food good. Place a bit tired.

The day we had at the Marlow crowne plaza, was really nice and food was amazing but we would of prefered to do the swimming before the meal, because i dont think anyone likes to go swimming on a full stomach, the lovely lady at the desk did say we could use the jacuzzi but the only one that was working was the one outside and I particularly thought that was a bit poor because it was freezing cold and wet outside but never mind. We just had the lunch. We was expecting a bit more of the spa facilities because it did say “spa day with optional spa treatments” and there wasnt really any options for it so that was a downfall also they were doing some refurbising to the place so didn’t get to see much of the hotel but not a problem other than that was a lovely lunch:) x
