My daughter and her partner arrived for their class on 21st December, having received confirmation from Groupon of their booking.
Upon arrival, they were told that Delina had no record of their booking and they were therefore unable to attend the course in spite of producing proof of booking.
We find this unacceptable and request a refund or a new voucher with an assurance that the course will go ahead as stipulated.

Lovely place, independent, eclectic furnishing, yummy food and keen to talk about it. Just off Shepherd’s Bush markets it’s a little heaven and not what you would quite expect. I will 100% be back and take friends there, really feel this place and it’s team deserve the best!

About Delina
Delina means 'our desire' in Tigrinya, an Ethiopian and Eritrean dialect, and started out as an Ethiopian street food stall back in 2013. The company's founder, Nazareth, travelled around the local area before she set off to conquer the rest of the UK, working with catering companies, offices and local markets. The company has now settled down in Shepherd's Bush, where cooking classes featuring traditional Ethiopian recipes are available to little ones and adults.
