The two-course feast may begin with diners sampling starters such as lamb chops cooked in the charcoal grill, chicken chat, paneer tikka or onion bhajis. Moving on to the mains, the menu may feature dishes such as South Indian garlic chicken, tropical chicken tikka anderi ruth, or chicken or lamb usmani for hot curry lovers. Guests can also choose a side each, with options including naan bread or pilau rice. A glass of house red or white can accompany each main if chosen.
