My friend and I have been to The Hilton spa a number of times. We have always enjoyed it, the staff are all lovely, both in the spa and the restaurant. Unfortunately due to lockdown due to Coved19 we were unable to use our 27th March booking, but we will be happy to do so when lockdown is over, as The Hilton will give us a new date.

Really enjoyed the day, the swimming and steam room was great, then we went for our treatments and then the food. All was fantastic. This was our 2nd visit and would definitely be back

Once voucher is booked, the voucher/date is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are redeeming more than one voucher then please insert a colon (:) between each voucher. An example of this is Voucher code 1: Voucher code 2. Credit card details should NOT be entered at payment – please choose gift card for payment and then enter GROUPON CODE (if credit card details are entered we are unable to refund). Please arrive 10 mins prior to treatment. Present printed Groupon on arrival. Must be 18 or older. Includes access to pool, sauna, steam room and gymnasium. No persons under 16 are allowed in the spa area zone at any time. Health questionnaire to be completed on arrival. Pregnant clients will need to call in advance to check if availability for pregnancy massage as not all therapists carry this out. £10 surcharge for robe and towel hire per person. Valid Mon-Sun 10am-6pm. £20 surcharge per person for weekend bookings, payable to the spa on arrival. Latecomers also are not able to get the full treatment and it is up to the therapist discretion what can be carried out in the time left. Food voucher must be used on the day of treatments. Lunch voucher used from 11.30am-4.45pm. Please note the club is a membership club and at times member classes and or other member activities may take place at the time of the booked visit. Such classes are not included in this offer. On rare occasions, the hotel may need to contact the customer to ensure their best experience possible and on occasions, this may result in moving the chosen treatment time by a maximum of half an hour.
