Massage and facial were great. I paid extra for the facial.
The confrontation towards me about the nail service I had booked months in advance for was completely unnecessary and made me feel completely unwelcome.
I had bounced backwards at forwards via email to book this and did speak to someone to ask for the possibility of a gel upgrade and also a soak off.
It hadn’t been booked in correctly and I was actually shouted at by a member of staff. I would never return. I was looking forward to this as it’s the first day off I have had in months. So, was disappointed. Also I don’t know what happened to our prosecco but we were not offered it, and I didn’t bother asking as I just wanted to leave.

Overall we had a very enjoyable day the pool was warm and lunch as amazing.
The changing area could do with a little clean and there was no hand wash and hand cream set in there, there were in the toilets in the other areas.
The treatments were very enjoyable, but all mine started late and finished early, I felt a little cheated and unimpressed by that.
The overall organisation could be better, it looked like they weren't prepared for us, other Spa Days I have done were better organised for our arrival.
