We had a really nice afternoon here, although the pool was out of order unfortunatley due to a ceiling collapse, however the hotel were professional and notified us in advance. We were still able to use sauna and steam room and enjoy our massages! Tamara on the front desk was amazing! Cream tea with prosecco was nice too for the price. Wouldn't say its somewhere to have a proper spa day as such even if the pool was in working order but it's a nice place to spend and hour or so maybe and enjoy a treatment

Lovely, kind and very helpful staff all round. My massage was amazing, exactly as I had hoped which was followed by a good quality scrumptious lunch. My only problem was that there was no where to rest, other than a couple of uncomfortable benches by the pool. A spar day should permit you to chill out, in a chill out space! I am sure a room/space could be made somewhere, possibly by moving the under used gym.

Would recommend the hotel and spa treatment. And employees really lovely.

Be prepared to pay £10 to park your car! Spa treatment was very good. Food for lunch was very good. Pool wasn’t warm, but good all round experience.

Amazing staff really look after us through entire day. Spa therapists amazing also really good massage sand treatments, really friendly. Food was great also and lady at bar made sure everything was spot on. Really happy would definitely book again.

This was a gift for my aunties birthday and myself. We were both looking forward to it and even though the weather was not good it did not dampen the day. The reception area was good and the customer service was excellent. They showed us the way personally to the area and explained what was required and the ordering of our lunch. The only thing was we went into the pool after our luxorious relaxing treatments but the pool was not warm enough to stay in. We notified staff and they said they would inform maintenance. The food was lovely and it was a wonderful day.

Had a lovely spa day. Every Staff member made us welcome & were so friendly from the moment we walked through the door.

The husband and I had a wonderful spa day here. The treatment was superb (full body massage), and the lunch was superb. We were treated like royalty. The facilities were good, unfortunately the steam room was out of service but management and maintenance were extremely apologetic and working hard to fix it. Sauna was great. We'll definitely be back again.
