How to Use
- Wash and dry the area of the body to be muscled
- Clip the control unit onto the pad before turning it on
- Stick the pad on the desired area. Avoid touching the adhesive parts too much for a longer life span
- Press the on/off button via the box. The device will automatically start in intensity 1
- Adjustable intensity: press the (+) button to increase or the (-) button to decrease
