There's cheap and cheerful and there's cheap and dreadful and this place is definitely the latter! I only chose to stay here because of the pool but when we got to our room we dialled the internal number to the pool to find they were full up. The room was awful and depressing - the light shade was frayed and my wife didn't want to sit on the chair - plus we could hear the man in the next door room singing! We checked out after approx. 10 minutes and stayed at the Premier Inn for £76. Whilst double the price, the standard of the room, reception and cleanliness was twenty times better. It seems that no-one cares about the Europa and I suggest the manager gets some friends or relatives to visit or stay and accept their opinions to make the place warmer, cleaner and a nicer place to stay.
