The Hotel

Nestled on the loch’s western bank, The Inn on Loch Lomond is located at Inverbeg, a 15-minute drive from nearby golf clubs and spa venues. The Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park surrounds the venue with plenty of dramatic scenery to explore, while a ferry from Inverbeg can transport passengers across the water to Rowardennan.

First opened in 1814, the inn was refurbished in 2008, with modern furnishings and fixtures complimenting traditional features, such as the restaurant and bar’s open fireplace.

The inn’s main building features rooms with shower, double bed and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. More private accommodation is on hand thanks to eight individually designed bedrooms located away from the main building in the Beach House, overlooking the loch and jetty.

Mr. C’s bar and restaurant aims to celebrate Scotland’s renowned fish and whisky, with the emphasis firmly on a selection of seafood dishes and various tipples, while real ales, grilled dishes and more are also offered either to eat in or take away.

Loved the place, very friendly staff especially Sam the Bar tender! Food was fabulous all meals were yummy & not extortionate prices. The only issue was the floorboards! OMG I was scared to move in my room incase I woke up other customers! The bed was so comfy tho & the views delightful & a nice short walk from the carpark under the bridge to more stunning views! Defo reccomend! 😊

The inn was lovely. I paid an extra supplement for a weekend booking and booked for the beach house with view of the loch. The room was lovely but we had no view of the loch just the view of garages which was a shame but it was a lovely stay the food was lovely and the staff where very helpful.

We stayed in a room in the beach house, room was great, only slight problem was noise from above, wooden floors in room upstairs and could hear them walking around, if your offered a room in beach house ask for an upstairs room , food was good, and staff very helpful and friendly , scenery was stunning and a perfect place to stay if you like walking, would definitely stay again
