My one order came but another didn’t arr

I ordered 2 cushions for presents and I loved them. Good quality. I hope the recipients like them. Only problem was they took 3 weeks to arrive. I contacted Gallery 51 after 2 weeks and they apologised.

Please do not order from this company i placed my order mid November email received saying it had been dispatched. Royal mail tracking number does not exsist. I have sent 3 emails to chase this up and no reply. Phone line is either constantly engaged ir no ine answers. Customer setvice abysmal and i still don't have my gift christmas gift. Avoid at all costs

I have bought a Large Personalised A0 Photo Canvas from Gallery 51 but it has not been delivered. I want be fully refund but there is no answer.

Ordered end of December and paid extra for extra detail and postage, no rush for delivery. Got an acknowledgement of order straight away. Chased the order in mid January. Was told they were catching up after Xmas orders.- no problem. Have chased order twice and no response. Disappointed. Would just like to get a response back from company and refund of monies paid.

My order did not arrive as expected, however i a month later i received an email from the company explaining that Gallery51 have had to go into liquidation. They advised that i try to get a refund from the voucher deal. I do sympathise the fact that they had to fold.

Despite 1 email sent in January and follow up email bounced back I fear the worst. Amon process of getting refund from groupon and credit card.

I ordered parcel before Christmas. I wrote to them twice asking when I'll get s parcel and they just apologised and they told me to wait for another email soon. When I tried contact for the third time my email came back because they deleted their email... I contacted them by their site, but they didn't reply. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I LOST MY MONEY!!!
