The Menus

Three-course set menu (available until 7 p.m.)

  • Served with a glass of Chandon (or exchange for a soft drink or bottle of hop house lager)
  • Starters: Ecuadorian ceviche - shrimp, avocado and a spicy citrus roast pepper and tomato sauce | empanada - beef, humita or sundried tomato and mozzarella, served with a dressed salad and fresh tomato salsa | baked provoleta - caramelised onions, ají molido, oregano and sourdough toast
  • Mains: sirloin steak (225g) | rump steak (225g) | half spatchcock chicken marinated in oregano, parsley and sherry vinegar served with rocket and kale salad | poached salmon salad with pomelo, baby gem, coriander and sweet chilli
  • All steaks are served with chips or rocket and kale salad and a choice of peppercorn, mushroom, béarnaise, blue cheese hollandaise or red wine jus
  • Desserts: cinnamon churros with Dulce de leche | affogato - espresso, dulce de leche ice cream and shortbread crumble | lemon tart with toasted Italian meringue

  • 450g centre cut of slowly grilled fillet steak,
  • Choice of sauces including: peppercorn | mushroom | blue cheese hollandaise
  • Choice of sides including: chips with thyme salt | tomato salad - heirloom tomatoes dressed with aromatic oregano | baked sweet potato with spiced chimichurri | spinach with garlic and lemon | mushroom confit - beef dripping, garlic, chili and thyme | mac & cheese
  • Choice of dessert including: chocolate fondant with shortbread crumble and vanilla ice cream | dulce de leche cheesecake served hot with salted dulce de leche and toasted marshmallow | selection of Argentine ice cream

Their steaks come from premium Black-Angus cattle, bred in Argentina at hand-selected farms.
