Had my first visit today and what excellent customer service. The premises were light and absolutely spotless. Olivia cut my hair and did a fantastic job and everyone there was smiling and happy, even though you could only see their eyes over their masks. I was made to feel very welcome and cannot recommend this salon enough

Stylist Olivia was really friendly and welcoming. She took great care over keeping to all the correct safety standards - and I got a great hair cut and blow dry. Very happy customer!

Loved my experience at Gillian Reilly hair. So hard for salons at the moment but I was made to feel safe and welcome.
Most importantly I loved my swishy new hair which felt amazing after the first proper cut and blow dry since lockdown round 1.
Highly recommend- go for the kerastese treatment too, it’s worth it.

I visited this salon because of a good deal for a cut and blow on Groupon. It was the first time I had visited. The staff were very friendly and the girl who cut my hair was nice and did exactly what I asked for. She asked a couple of times when about to cut my hair to ensure she was a going to do it in the way I wanted which I really liked because some hairdressers only ask once and then seem to do their own thing! The salon also had good covid practices. I would recommend this salon to others.
