Elvis on Tour
This November rock’n’roll fans can pay tribute to their king once again as Elvis on Tour comes to The O2 for a continuation of the Elvis at The O2 exhibition. Over 200,000 people who have visited Elvis at The O2 in 2014 and 2015 will now get the chance to see over 200 artefacts from the Graceland archives, some of them displayed in the UK for the very first time. The items cover the years 1969 to 1977, and include over 35 jumpsuits and stagewear as well as guitars, microphones, tour trunks, concert posters, memorabilia and advertisements. The exhibition aims to serve as a chronicle of Elvis’s massive impact on the world’s popular culture. Many artefacts displayed this year were seen in the 1972 documentary called Elvis on Tour. Must close February 4th 2018.
