Five thousand people are set to descend on Garslade Farm on the outskirts of Glastonbury for this year's Godney Gathering. Headlined by chart-topping local band Reef, the plethora of live acts this year also includes Laid Blak, Flipron, UKID, and Fingertrap. Alternative entertainment will be provided by fire-breathers and other festival performers. Food and drink stands will be dotted throughout the site, at which all alcoholic drinks will be £3 or less. A free car park is provided for all ticket holders.
The Godney Gathering has received praise from eFestivals.co.uk, who highlighted the good sound, large bar and the quality of the acts. In their review of last year's festival they wrote:
"I would recommend it for next year to anyone that fancies a cheap day with good music, good cider and solid organisation."
