There was zero lift!! No changes to my eyes lashes whatsoever. I still had wet product on my eyes when I looked in the mirror so it didn’t fully register at first but within few mins of leaving the store it looked like nothing was done. What a waste of my time!!! ZERO DIFFERENCE! Avoid. Eyelashes exactly the same as when I went in. Unbelievable!

Absolutely avoid getting a lash lift here. After spending over an hour on a chair my lashes have not lifted at all. I believe large pads were used to conduct the lash lift as they did not have medium sized ones left- the larger the pads the less the lift. If this was the case I would have happily returned at a later date. The lash lift itself was conducted in the middle of a salon next to the front door with people walking in and out which I found unsettling as your eyes will be closed for an hour. The girl conducting the lash lift was nice however after leaving work early to sit on a chair with 0 results I’m deeply disappointed. I have prev purchased a lash lift with Bluebells Aesthetics- had a private room and amazing results. Really shocked to draw these night & day comparisons.

As pleasant as the hairdresser was and the relaxing hair wash she gave, when it came to the cutting she left me speechless. I asked for a tidy up of my already layered hair. She cut the top layer and left the ends. I asked her WTH and she said the voucher only included the one layered cut. I mean REALLY…who goes to get half of their hair cut!!! As for the blow dry, I could have done a better job.

I WOULD GIVE A MINUS IF I COULD. Awful, rude, haircut was so bad my daughters came out with frizzy hair… worse than when they went in. She was rude and spent 2 seconds taking a basic cut which was uneven. I’m not sure they are qualified to touch anyone’s hair!!! I asked for my money back or at least fix the hair and she refused . Taking it through Groupon to get money back
