I 've only been for the first lesson at SOTE studio and I am absolutely delighted. The dance couches there are absolutely lovely and the other dancers are very nice and opened.
Just can't wait for the next session.

We have tried other Salsa places and just ended up not going after a few lessons mainly because the teaching pace was too fast 😳😔
We decided to give salsa one final try and saw Havana Salsa on Groupon: it’s GREAT!! We don’t feel like we’re a couple of ‘puts’: instructors are understanding and take it nice and easy... recapping every week and thus building our confidence.
Try it yourself. You never know, you might just agree with us (husband and myself).

Fantastic!!!
My husband and I are attending lessons at the Derby location (Melbourne). This is our second time around as beginners (we are not very good dancers and chose to start over again just so that we feel more comfortable with the basic steps).
The venue is easily accessible and it is easy to find a parking spot.
Originally 2 instructors (now 3): 2 instructors for Level 1 and one instructor for Level 2: all very warm, welcoming and friendly whilst maintaining professionalism. They break down the steps in such a way that it’s easy to follow and have always shown us a lot of patience 😂😊😂
The atmosphere is like... a happy, fun going family.
We both highly recommend joining the ‘Havana Salsa’.
It can’t be bad if we are ‘returning’ students 😁😁 by choice 😁😁

Havana Salsa
Havana Salsa weaves its charisma through the Midlands, providing classes for enthusiastic movers. With the clacking of maracas and infectious rhythms seeping through its doors, they guide dancers in beginner steps through to more experienced twirling. Latin-inspired styles, from Zumba through to bachata, are taught by native instructors, who aim to improve dancers’ confidence, whilst learning a new skill.
