So many health benefits from this course... I’ve lost a stone and a half, my blood pressure has come down from 155/90 to 122/80 and I’ve lost a full cholesterol point and that was only over 3 months. I’m also sleeping better and feeling like I have more energy. It’s really nice to jot my notes down on the actual website when I’m working through the course. I would highly recommend this to everyone, not just those who want to lose weight!
