Lifting effortlessly into a sense of floating weightlessness, Heavenly Fitness combines the ancient practice of yoga with aerial dancing to help stretch muscles further. Moving through a series of postures designed to increase flexibility and muscle tone, the classes use aerial hoops or hammocks to emulate the acrobatic grace of dance and trapeze. Guests can sign up for four weeks of classes, with a choice of eight different class times.

Anti-gravity classes: Mon 7pm; Wed-thu 9.30am; Thu 8.15pm; Sun 9.30am
Heavenly Fitness is run by anti-gravity yoga specialist Jane Salida, and offers invigorating pole fitness and Zumba classes, as well as classic blasts for abs, bums, and legs. They can provide for corporate fitness, birthday or hen parties, and also rent their studio space for courses.
