To Inflate:
- Find the air inlet
- Inflate with an air pump
- Fill 80%
- Lightly knead the seal
To Deflate:
- Prepare a 9’’ tube
- Insert it into the air inlet
- When the gas comes out, gently squeeze the balloon until all the air is out
