This place was amazing. From the moment we stepped in and had the kids with us. The manager and the waiting staff could not of been any more accomdating.
You can see they treated everyone the same either paying with a voucher or not.
I want to say a big thank you for yesterday 7th May 2022 for all the kindness.
Definately worth every penny.
Management of this establishment should be very proud to have such wonderful people working for them.

It was a fantastic opportunity to have an afternoon tee. It would have been great if staffs had asked for a bill just a little bit early. But they are friendly and polite staffs.

The afternoon tea was lovely but, the service left a lot to be desired- young inexperienced staff with what seemed like no supervision/manger to oversee proceedings the youngsters did their best but…….

Very disappointed purchased 2 vouchers for friends.
The sandwiches were dry
The scones were a little on the hard side and the small petty fours were virtually all the same for the £60 that was spent this is one of the worst afternoon teas I’ve had

Highly dissatisfying, previously stated that someone had a berry allergy and all cakes were replaced by a fruit salad. Extremely upset with the service provided seeing as on every booking update I had stated in bold about the allergy

The staff were very kind. The cakes tasted good. Only thing let me rate 4/5 was moist sandwiches.
