I would say this was an average experience as far as shellac goes.
The finish wasn't the best. The technician got some gel pain on the tips of my fingers and then said i don't wan to try and remove it in case i ruin the actual nails.
She also kept implying my hand wasn't correctly in the hand dryer machine even though my hand was fully in.
The colour i chose from the sample was so different to what it actually looked like whilst on my hands so that wasn't he best but ok in that i didn't hate the colour.

Arrived 15 minutes Early.
Entrance to building was not well sign posted
During massage you could hear the factory above/adjacent, the oil was cold and it was not relaxing, though they played tranquil music.
Staff were ok.

My first experience for wax at this establishment was absolutely brilliant
I was made to feel very comfortable and thought the procedure Katherna was very professional.
She kept talking with me all the time and ensuring I was ok and checking the wax was not to hot for me
