i went for the offer consultation and two treatments. However In my opinion received consultation and 1 treatment only. First appointment was all about the consultation as mentioned and combine with very short treatment (about 5 mins) and after all I was booked for another appointment and the last in this offer. So not really happy as offer says something else. The personnel seems to be well qualified and helpful however the pricing it’s very high for 30 mins treatment. Also it’s very difficult to get a convenient date for following treatments . You also have to pay for the next treatment you want to get next time straight away at the clinic. I don’t find it professional. It made me really uncomfortable I had to pay 2 weeks before my next treatment.

I didn’t like that I was asked to make a new appointment and had to pay for it already a month in advance. What happen if I need to cancel? Do I get my money back.
