Stepping into the elegant restaurant, guests are shown to their table and allowed to browse the Homage menu. Typical dishes on offer could include seasonal game terrine with parsnip and onion chutney or carpaccio of celeriac and golden beetroot with a cottage cheese and truffle cream salad to start.
