I only had one class so far and already love this place. Started with a yin yoga on Sunday and that felt amazingly relaxing. The long held poses really help calming the mind and deepening the practice.

No booking required for the first class; arrive 30 minutes before the first class with valid photo ID and Groupon voucher to activate the pass. Before the first class, online registration required at Click on My Account button visible above the timetable to create a profile; do not proceed to cart. Pass valid for 3 months from the first class. 48-hour cancellation policy. Must be 18 or older. All classes must be taken by the same person. About Hot Yoga Wimbledon

Balance, flexibility and physical strength can be improved during a choice of classes available at Hot Yoga Wimbledon. Lasting 60, 75 and 90 minutes, the sessions incorporate specific poses and workout schemes and are designed to accommodate to the needs of clients at various levels of ability. Yoga workshops for beginners as well as regular practitioners are also available at this studio.
