Lovely welcoming staff, the food and drinks were delicious and well presented. Great interior. My granddaughter loved the experience and meeting the cats. A lovely birthday treat for her
5/5 for the cats but the afternoon tea wasn't worth the money even with a discount voucher!
lovely place! the food is lovely and had a great time there!
Had the Groupon afternoon tea at the Birmingham cafe... Loved it! Cats are very cheeky and loving, staff very attentive to customers and kitties. Afternoon tea was lovely, as was the service and nice bright decor inside! As long as you love cats it's perfect!

Visited Kitty Café in Leeds for afternoon tea. The place is decorated in lovely bright colours, with comfy sofas and chairs. The cats are all lovely - if a little cheeky! They were forever jumping on the tables, pawing at the food, trying to lick the milk etc. It was quite amusing, but it does make you wonder a little if the cats are hungry all the time, are they being fed properly? (usually cats - unlike dogs who are always on the lookout for any food, any time - don't steal food unless they are hungry). But I am casting no aspersions! I was very disappointed with the food - the bread on the sandwiches was hard/stale (as if they had been stood out for a while with no cover), the scones were cheap bought ones, cream was just runny (not clotted cream) and the tiny bits of cake were all hard and unappertising. I had specifically asked for vegetarian sandwiches (confirmed with them 3 times), but they brought tuna and ham sandwiches!! (I noticed that the people who weren't on Groupon deals got much nicer cakes). The service was quite slow, and the staff (especially the male!) seemed very miserable. I appreciate you do get what you pay for (and we did get free entry to the café, which is usually £6 each) but if I had paid normally to go into the cafe and got the same stale food, I would definitely have complained, but as it was, I decided not to kick up a fuss. I was expecting a lot more from this experience. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting again.
We waited 30 minutes for our tea when the place was fairly empty. When we complained it ame almost straight away the food was very nice but the sandwiches were dry on one side. This was disappointing as they were otherwise quite good.
Cats are happy and seem well cared for.
