I mean I ordered on the 10th or 11th December in hopes it would arrive for Christmas (as it said it would)…it’s now the 20th January and still no word. I’ve tried to contact customer support and nothing is working. I’m really sorry, but I have no idea what I should be doing to either receive the product or get my money back so I can buy my mum a different present.
