What You'll Get
Solo skaters, pairs, or families of four can enjoy time on the ice during any of the Leisure Box's rink session times. Skates can then be swapped for bowling shoes where one game will be valid from one of the 24 lanes available. Both are available seven days a week with bowling starting from midday and ice skating sessions from 11am.
Choose from the following options for an ice skating session and a game of bowling:
£5 for one person (50% off)
£10 for two people (50% off)
£20 for a family of up to four (50% off)
A short distance from Birmingham's New Street and Moor Street stations Leisure Box houses two indoor family-friendly pastimes. In addition to an ice-skating rink and 24 bowling lanes the venue has further fun additions including a bar and cafe, pool tables, putting machine and even a rollercoaster simulator. Birthday bookings are available, as are packages for other special occasions and corporate events.
Still to be widely reviewed, The Leisure Box scored an encouraging 3/5 on TripAdvisor, and currently boasts over 3000 Likes on Facebook. Though some reviewers' opinions varied on aspects of the venue's maintenance and décor, on the whole visitors were pleased with the facilities. Special praise, however, went to the staff, who several users were keen to highlight as being friendly and helpful.
