I booked and paid for a mobile home clean as a treat for my ageing mother. Lellers rang me 20 minutes before my appointment time to tell me they needed to change it as the mobile van was stuck in Cambridge at a show. If they knew the Van was stuck in Cambridge why are they ringing me 20 minutes before my appointment time? It would have taken that van at least an hour to drive to me! She says I can bring the car in and they will do it. But I specifically paid to have a service outside my house. In the end my mother had to drive her own car to the site while I followed, and then I had to drive her back to my house, and then go back again in an hour to collect. They were not even apologetic. As somebody who runs a business, if I had inconvenienced someone to that degree I'd have offered them a free wash or some vouchers or something. Don't waste your money on this.
