I arrived there half an hour early as I had to complete a medical form which was straight forward. Had a lovely body scrub followed by deep tissue session fantastic. I had a wonderful time there in the spar and in the steam room. I am definitely going back there. The staff are very polite and the therapist I had explained everything and very professional. I didn’t take her name. Thank you

Make sure you book appointment at least 6 weeks in advance - I had to transfer my voucher to my sister, who lives in London, as, by the time I arrived in London they were booked out until well after I was to leave.
also, girl on reception wasn't terribly friendly or helpful.
