I missed any signage outside the premises & hadn’t realised the salon was in the basement of the hairdressers.

Not a great experience unfortunately. Gel applied very haphazardly and whole experience felt very rushed. Note that the voucher is for file and shellac only (despite being badged a pedicure). The salon owner did offer for me to come back to redo the shellac, but after the first experience I’ve decided to go elsewhere.
