Product code supplied didnt work. Contacted the seller and they kept sending links to activate MS Office. They have ignored requests for a refund.

Shocking - attempted to download numerous times but to no avail. Website then said i'd reached my download limit. Contacted company who would only help if i paid additional administration charges (i checked download folder on laptop and nothing).
So in summary i have paid for a product i haven't received.

Great product and good value but all you're really buying here is the licence key. Installation onto an 11 year old laptop worked fine eventually but proved tricky; I found it easier in the end to download Windows 10 straight from the Microsoft site and use their installation tool.

Product key failed. Suspect this may be a scam. Groupon might sensibly consider any future association with the supplier.
