Over an eight-week stretch, one or two people can attend up to three classes a week (usually £5 per class) with circuit and resistance training, core stability and cardiovascular exercises on the bill. All fitness levels are catered for, with instructors mixing high- and low-intensity workouts in split groups. The sessions are designed to be sociable and fun as well as grinding, so that attendees can make friends while feeling the burn.
