I bought this as a Christmas present for my brother. He ordered his hamper mid January and paid the delivery fee. 6 emails later and the hamper has still not been delivered. They originally blamed Hermes for being busy. They offered him a refund of his delivery fee which he hasn't received. They sent him an email saying his hamper had been delivered on 9th Feb when it hadn't. And they are now not replying to his emails. Can't comment on the food, as we've not had it yet but the service is appalling.

I redeemed my voucher on 13/1/21 and despite contacting the company on a number of occasions I not received the platter and the they have refused to get back to me.

I have had a dreadful experience with the company. Placed my order, waited 8 days then queried it. I was told delivery would be the following day, waited in -no delivery, I waited until the Monday to query what was going on and then received a delivery refund as they have cancelled my order. Groupon won’t refund to my bank and want to give me a credit.

Don’t buy it’s a con like loads of others have said no hamper ever arrives as the courier is still expecting it. I’m now trying to get a refund off groupon.

A month on and still not received the hamper. I would never use this company again. I do not know why it is allowed to trade and why Groupon even have it on their website. Ruined what was meant to be a lovely surprise for a friend. No way of contacting them and apparantly it was dispatched over 8 working days ago yet the courier company are still 'expecting it'. DO NOT ORDER!

Please read all over reviews, unbelievable I placed my order on the 17th of December yes the company was shut for Christmas that I understood but now nearly February nothing and like others I've sent countless emails with not one response, and complained to Groupon they refunded my money but this pitiful company are still selling on Groupon its a wonder they are still allowed to do not buy any thing from them it's much easier going for an afternoon tea than go through all this they do not even deserve one star.

I never received my order, despite following 'My Hamper's Direct' instructions on how to contact them, I am yet to receive the item and even a response to my 'very polite" email. I will never buy from My Hamper Direct and subsequently I will question whether I will purchase through Groupon again.
