I never experienced anything worse than this. I had paid for 6 sessions and only ended up going for 1 because first of all; when I went for consultation / patch test I noticed the chair used was wobbly I almost fell and I complained about this via email also the laser equipment is the worst I’ve seen! It was painful and the practitioner kept asking me if I can be patient and bare it !! place in itself was not nice it’s a basement with tiny rooms - I’d say avoid this place at all cost

Dreadful machine for laser it doesn’t work

I have visited many clinics for the laser treatment and I can say this is one another level. First of all the machine they use is 100% pain free which is a total relief, but also I've always been welcomed by professionals every time I visited. With Groupon voucher usually you get a rush and approximate service, however this is not the case with Anna and her staff. Thank you so much!

‘Hollywood’ means all hair off. However this place only do the front, they will charge 20 quid more each time if you want to do the back as well. Waxing places all do front and back all hair off. The laser I did before also the same, if you asked for ‘Hollywood’ then that means all hair off. I guess that’s the way how they are trying to make more money to charge extras. Waste of money here. Don’t see any siginichange either. They do offer free can of soft drink. But one can drink only like 50p?? Not worth paying the voucher price going at all. And just too much promotions each time I go.
