Awful experience, this was due to the fact I purchased groupon voucher and did not book directly with herself even after she told me to cancel my voucher. Simone refused to put numbing cream on my face and refused to put the needle on a higher setting as she wanted me to waste my money & come back for more sessions. She also refused to use the needle on my neck and told me it was an add on 😂 however my first session with Jodie she included my neck and used a higher setting. I left the Dudley clinic knowing this treatment was a waste of my money. The fact that Simone wanted to use the lowest setting for the needle shows that this treatment would not be effective and also says a lot about her character.

Jodie was lovely and made me feel super relaxed. I will definitely recommend and also return for other treatments. Very pleased with the service.
