If you have a Pilates mat, ball, ring or band that’s great. If not, don’t worry alternatives such a cushion and old pair of tights can be used.
Classes are live using Zoom and you will be given a code to access the classes.

About Osteopathy and You
Jemma graduated with a Bachelor of Osteopathy with Honours, First Class and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
Jemma began her journey in the fitness industry 12 years ago when she trained as a personal trainer and sports therapist. Over the years she has developed an interest in injuries and recovery which lead her to osteopathy.
With an in-depth knowledge of the human body Jemma has tailored her classes from beginners to intermediate.
