Armed with a towel, strap or long scarf, those new to Pilates can pick up the basics in five or ten beginner classes. A mixture of exercises, movement sequences and stretches will be performed, all designed to tone physiques and improve general fitness. Classes are available on weekday evenings in Islington and Saturday afternoons in Marylebone.

Clients keen to develop their skills can progress from complete beginner to the international standard of classical matwork across five distinct levels.
