The Fine Print

Booking required, please email groupon@premiumtours.co.uk; provide tour code RB1V for 7.45am tour and RB1PV for 1pm tour, lead passenger's name, number of people, contact telephone number, preferred date of travel and attach PDF of the Groupon voucher. Booking must be made at least 3 days before travel and please allow up to 48h for booking confirmation. No cancellations, refunds or exchanges permitted. Child ticket valid for those aged 3-16. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Departure from Victoria Coach Station Gate 19 at 7.45am and Gate 0 at 1pm. Tour may last up to 3.5h in the morning and the afternoon. Change of the guard happens in the morning only. Step-free access available. Please note that this is an open top bus tour - please be prepared for the possibility of rain.
