A five-course Japanese meal treats diners to an array of eastern delicacies. The teppanyaki chef at each table will start his culinary tale by preparing the starters, including mixed seafood dango, crab and egg soup with sweetcorn, and chicken lollipops: wings marinated in famous chilli boy sauce. Guests can then select two mains from a list of four options and receive a bowl of fried rice to accompany them. The feast will meet a sweet ending with a dessert, such as fruit salad or a scoop of ice cream, plus a pot of green tea. Visitors will also get the chance to drink a shot of Japanese sake.
