Bought 400 prints most of which were ok but some were darker than the original and others the full picture sent was not printed ... chopped sides off, chopped heads off and i know this was not the case when i placed the order

It was very easy to redeem the voucher but the pricing for the postage was incorrect - it's actually a pound more than it states on the voucher for 300 photos, which I felt was a bit dishonest.
